What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal data from registered site users and site visitors, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.
We collect this data in order to help us improve the services and products we offer and to provide unique personalised services and products to each user.
You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address IF you choose to make a booking for an event.
In all instances, it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. It is only when engaging with us for general enquiries, training or event services that information may be gathered.
If you upload images to the website as a registered user, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you place an order for an event booking, your details relating to that booking only will be shared with the payment processor PayPal.
